Agnesa C Vecchi

Agnesa C. (Bartolo) Vecchi, 95, of Brackenridge, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at her home. She was born February 2, 1922 in Raggio Calabria, Italy, daughter of the late Francesco and Maria Santoro Lavoretto Bartolo. Agnesa lived the past 60 years in Brackenridge and prior to that Arnold. She was a Tailor-Seamstress at Vecchi Tailoring and Cleaners for many years. A member of Mt. St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, New Kensington and graduated from High School in Italy. Agnesa enjoyed crocheting, knitting, clothes making for herself and her family. Survivors include her sons Anthony D. Vecchi and Raymond Frank Vecchi, both of Brackenridge. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Remo John "Ray" Vecchi in 2005 and 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Visitation 6-8 PM Thursday in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 where Prayers of Transfer will be held on Friday at 9:20 am followed by a Christian Funeral Mass at 10 AM in Mt.
