Patrica A (Dorn) Jones

Patricia A. (Dorn) Jones, 67, of Natrona passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. She was born September 22, 1949 in Harrison Township, daughter of Dorothy M. (Painter) Dorn, Natrona and the late Robert G. Dorn. Patricia lived most of her life in Natrona where she was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Parish- St. Ladislaus Church, Natrona. She graduated from Kiski High School in 1967. Patricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved cooking, loved all animals and she especially loved all Pittsburgh sports. Survivors include her daughters, Michelle L. (John) Zylinski, Natrona Heights and Heather L. Jones, Natrona; grandchildren that she adored, Zachary Zylinski, Natrona Heights and Alexis Carrion, Natrona. Patricia is the oldest of ten children, surviving are her sisters, Lynda Jarzynka, Penn Hills, Donna Wissinger, Sarver, Tammy (Greg) Bowser, Natrona Heights, Margaret Tellez, Natrona, Rita (Terry) Irwin, Natrona Heights; brothers Ronald (Deb) Dorn, Dallas, Georgia, Thomas Dorn, Natrona Heights and Donald Dorn, Burt, NY. She is also survived by Nicole Bargerstock who was like a third daughter to her, as well as best friend Terry and her beloved dog Jake. Patricia is also survived by her second family, her DaVita Dialysis care team, whom she loved each member dearly. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert A. Jones in 2004 and a sister Roberta Dorn. At the request of Patricia, there will be no public visitation, however relatives and friends are invited to attend a Christian funeral mass 10 AM on Wednesday, August 16 at St. Ladislaus Church, Natrona.
