Elizabeth Anne (Pollock) Jurewicz, 85, of Natrona Heights, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, Cabot where she was a resident for the past 7 months. She was born July 25, 1931 in Tarentum, daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Krajci) Pollock. Elizabeth lived most of her life in Natrona Heights where she was a homemaker and also worked 20 plus years at Gee Bee''s, Value City, Greek''s Restaurant and Bell Telephone in Tarentum. She was a member of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Natrona Heights and a 1949 graduate of Tarentum High School. Elizabeth was a Drum Major and also played the cello in High school. She enjoyed shopping, antiquing, vacation travels and especially enjoyed her family, children and grandchildren. Elizabeth bravely battled multiple illnesses with style and grace and was finally set free of her pain to join her beloved husband Stanley D. "Stush" Jurewicz, Jr., who passed away May 25, 2015. Survivors include her children, Judith Jurewicz, Phoenix, AZ, Kathleen Jurewicz, New Kensington and Diane Rutkowski and fiancé John Harpula, Saxonburg; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister Marlene Pollack, Tarentum and brother Albert (Ann) Pollock, Acmetonia. Visitation 3-7 PM Monday in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 and Tuesday from 9am till the time of the blessing service at 10 am in the funeral home.
