Pauline K. (Kozak) Rusiewicz, 88, of Natrona Heights, passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born May 9, 1928 in Harrison Township, daughter of the late Charles and Susan (Levitsky) Kozak. She grew up in the West Natrona section of Harrison Twp. and spent most of life in Natrona Heights. Pauline was a 1946 graduate of Har Brack High School, Natrona Heights and attended nurse''s training at Allegheny Valley Hospital. In 1951, she married Chester Rusiewicz of Natrona. She was a loving wife and mother of five children. Pauline was a member of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, where she was a member of the former Ladies Guild and the Ambassadors Club. She was a member of the Early Birds Ladies bowling team, enjoyed church bingo and card parties. Pauline enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, loved watching Pirate baseball, EWTN, home improvement and cooking shows and going to church. Survivors include her children, Jean Rusiewicz, Natrona Heights, Rita Mosovsky, Brackenridge and William Rusiewicz, Natrona Heights; three grandchildren, Justin, Jaron and Janelle Mosovsky. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of fifty six years, Chester Rusiewicz; son Paul Phillip Rusiewicz, daughter Roseanne Marie Rusiewicz; sisters, Anna Szafranski and Martha Czyzykiewicz and brother Alfred Kozak. Private family visitation was held at the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526.
