Barbara J Heidenriech

Barbara J. Heidenreich, 69, of New Kensington, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 after being ill for several years. She was born May 11, 1947 in Harrison Township, daughter of the late John J. and Helen (Hazlett) Heidenreich. Barbara lived her entire life in the area. She was an Elementary School teacher in the Deer Lakes School District for 30 years. Barbara was of the Presbyterian faith. She graduated in 1965 from New Kensington High School and Edinboro University where she played college Basketball. Survivors include her sisters, Gayle L. (Stephen E.) Mosley, Murrysville, Kim A. Heidenreich, Denver, CO and Cindy H. (Allen) Conti, Littleton, CO. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jon and Robin Heidenreich. All services and burial in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell will be private.
