Ronald K Hockenberry

Ronald K. Hockenberry,73 of Natrona Heights passed away Sat,June 18th at Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia,Cabot.Born January 20,1943 in East Deer Twp, a son of the late George and Mabel (Stewart) Hockenberry,Sr.Ronald has lived the past 28 yrs in Natrona Heights,and was a Baker at Oakmony Bakery for 7 yrs and Princess Pasteries for 25 yrs. Ron was of the Methodist Faith,a graduate of East Deer High School in 1961 he enjoyed camping,fishing,woodworking ,and trips to Amish Country.He is survived by his wife of 52 yrs Dorothy E. (Bordell) Hockenberry,his daughter Wendy L. (Jeffrey) Miller of Natrona Heights ,and his grandson,Jonathan Miller, and a sister Beverly (Robert) Riddle in Texas.Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a sister,Bernice McConaghy,and a brother George Hockenberry,Jr.Relatives and friends will be received today,Monday from 2-4 & 6-8PM in the Duster Funeral Home,Inc. 347 East 10th Ave,Tarentum 15084 724-224-1526 where a service will be conducted on Tues at 10 AM with Rev. Nancy K. Shute,Pastor of Bethel United Methodist Church,Lower Burrell officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery,Lower Burrell
