Vesta Marie (Eaton) Fair, 97, formerly of Fawn Township, passed away at her home in Vero Beach, Fla. on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. She was born April 1, 1919, in McKeesport, daughter of the late Plummer C. and Effie (Duster) Eaton. Vesta has lived in Florida since 1995 and prior to that Lower Burrell and Charlotte, N.C. and Fawn Township. She was a homemaker and former member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Brackenridge, and First United Methodist Church of Vero Beach. Vesta enjoyed sewing, cards, camping, travelling and her family. Survivors include her children, Cassandra F. "Cassie" (Robert) Doscher, Vero Beach, Fla., and Philip M. Fair III, Charlotte, N.C. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Philip M. Fair Jr.; a daughter, Barbara Siebert; and a sister, Jean Naughton. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2016, in DUSTER FUNERAL HOME INC., 347 E. 10th Ave., Tarentum, 724-224-1526, followed by a committal service in Prospect Cemeter, Brackenridge, for Vesta M. and her husband of 70 years, Philip M.
