Qwinn Scott Ballard, 24, of Brackenridge, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. He was born November 28, 1991 in Harrison Township. Son of Bryan S. Ballard and Step mother Ashley, Natrona Heights and Melissa J. Vrotney and companion Charon L. Whaley, Brackenridge. Qwinn lived his entire life in the area and was a Certified Nurse''s Assistant at UPMC Canterbury Place, Pittsburgh. He was of the Christian faith. Qwinn graduated from Highlands High School in 2010, CCAC and UPMC for certified nursing assistant. He enjoyed camping, vacationing and Halloween. He was a Pirate fan and ran track while in high school. Besides his parents, Bryan and Melissa, survivors include his long time companion, Tyler Trzeciak, Natrona Heights; his siblings Nathan Ballard, Tarentum, Cory Ballard, Natrona Heights, Carli Ballard, Brackenridge and Maria Natskakula, Brackenridge; Paternal Grandmother Louise Ballard, Brackenridge, Maternal Grandmother Olive Nealy Vrotney, Tarentum and a paternal great grandmother Magnolia Combs. Also surviving is a loving aunt Michelle (Marcus) Fike, Penn Hills, step parents Walter Natskakula and Theresa Ballard and nephew Landon Ballard. He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather Robert Ballard and maternal grandfather Dennis E. Vrotney.
