Marilynne L (Shaw) Quarles

Marilynne L. (Shaw) Quarles, 72, of Tarentum, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Life Care Hospital, Natrona Heights. She was born October 4, 1943 in Long Beach, CA, daughter of the late Laroy and Florence Shaw. Marilynne has lived in the Alle Kiski area since 1968 where she was a homemaker and owner of Lily White Floral for a number of years. She was of the Protestant faith and a graduate of Long Beach City, Business College. Marilynne enjoyed camping, fishing, knitting and computer games. She also loved to watch the deer in the park. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Donald A. Darabant; her children, Stephanie (Michael) Rossey, Tarentum, Steven (Heidi) Quarles, Lower Burrell and Wayne (Jamie) Asch, Victoria, TX.; her grandchildren Lauren Beckett, Kasee Quarles and Alan Rossey and a great granddaughter Gracelynn Asch. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Sandy and a great grandchild Garrett.
