Phyllis M. (Clough) Breck, 86, of Middlesex Township, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016 at UPMC Passavant Hospital, North Hills following a brief illness. She was born October 5, 1929 in Harrison Twp., daughter of the late Leonard and Alma Ruth (Hickey) Clough. Phyllis has lived in Middlesex Twp. since 1978 and prior Fawn Twp. She was a homemaker and member of West Deer Bible Church. Phyllis volunteered at the Lighthouse Food Bank in Butler, taught Sunday school , was very active in her church and a1949 graduate of Har Brack High School. Phyllis enjoyed sewing, quilting and baking. She especially enjoyed her family, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Howard Neville Breck; children, Joni K. Hughes, Natrona Heights, Paul N. Breck, Jacksonville, FL, Nancy J. (David M.) Smith, Fawn Twp. and Becky J. (James) Kennedy, Zelienople; 8 grandsons and 4 great grandchildren. Also surviving is a twin sister, Ruth A. Donnell, Buffalo Twp. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by an infant daughter Amy Jo Breck, a son Thomas L. Breck in 2015, son in law C. "Dutch" Hughes in 2015 and 2 sisters. Dora Michael and Lois Mason.
