Frances E Piendl

.Frances E. (Beighley) Piendl, 83, formerly of Buffalo Township, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Holy Family Hospice, Parma, OH. She was born January 17, 1932 in New Kensington, PA, daughter of the late Raymond E. and Margaret (Myers) Beighley. Frances lived most of her life in Buffalo Twp., and has resided in Ohio since 2008. She was a homemaker and former member of Pleasant Unity United Presbyterian Church and Evangelical Heights Assembly of God Church. A 1950 graduate of Plum High School, she enjoyed gardening, crafts, art work and animals. She was very devoted to her pets. Frances especially enjoyed being with her children and grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Barry R. (Leigh Ann) Piendl, Seven Hills, OH, Bruce A. (Tamara M.) Piendl, Eighty Four, PA and Karen (Jeffrey) Bittner, Edgewater Park, NJ and her grandchildren, Elise M. and Corrine R. Bittner, Edgewater Park, NJ and Natalie E. Piendl, Seven Hills, OH. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 53 ½ years Richard C. Piendl in 2004, and her siblings, William Beighley and Dolores Skinner. Visitation 2PM until the time of the service at 5PM Sunday in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 with Rev. Trent A. Hancock, officiating.
