Carol L. Boring, 73, formerly of Indiana, Pa., passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015, at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. She was born Sept. 27, 1942, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Lloyd A. and Flora (Coleman) Lambert. She has lived most of her life in Johnstown and Indiana. Carol was a homemaker and a member of The Church of the Nazarene, Indiana. She enjoyed her house plants and shopping for bargains. Survivors include her children, Louise M. (Matthew) Wiles, of Brackenridge, and David D. (Heather) Griffiths, of Maine; five grandchildren; and her siblings, Janet Yoder, of Allentown, Raymond Lambert, of Tennessee, and Welsey Lambert, of Ohio. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl D. Boring, 1988, and a brother, Rev. Charles Lambert.
