Richard N Burns

Richard N. Burns, 61, Natrona Heights, passed away at home Monday, March 27, 2017 after being ill the past 3 years. He was born February 15, 1956 in Kittanning, son of Paul and Margaret (Gamble) Lardin, Shelocta. Richard worked construction on the Tri County area for many years. He was of the Protestant faith and a graduate of Rural Valley High School. Richard enjoyed watching wrestling on TV, pool, bowling and fishing. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Phyllis (Burns)Burns, Daughter Lois (George) Bandfield, Red Lock; grandchildren Joseph Murphy, George, Thomas and Brianna Bandfield; also surviving are his siblings Robert (Janet) Pruncy, Vandergrift, John (Coleen) Burns, Beaver Creek, OH, Lois Burns, Indiana and Debra Serene, Apollo. Preceded in death by a brother James Burns and step brother James Serafine. At the request of the family all services for Richard will be private.
