Marcella R (Bloom) Zeolla

Marcella R. (Bloom) Zeolla, 81, of Natrona Heights, passed away Monday March 27, 2017 at Platinum Ridge Nursing Home, Brackenridge. She was born September 4, 1935 in Indiana, PA, daughter of the late John A. and Marie (Komola) Bloom. Marcella has lived the past 51 years in the area where she was a homemaker. She was a member of Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Worship Site, Natrona Heights and Christian Mothers of her Church and Sisters of St. Joseph. Marcella graduated in 1953 from Tarentum High School and enjoyed reading books, especially the Bible but she especially enjoyed praying for her family, children, grandchildren and her great grandchildren. Survivors include her husband of 59 years Nicholas F. "Nick" Zeolla, sons Allen L. (Kim) Zeolla, Plum Boro and Gary F. Zeolla, Natrona Heights; grandchildren April (Patrick) Barnes, Plum Boro, Daniel (Jessica) Zeolla, Plum Boro and Jonathan (Victoria) Zeolla, Wexford, 8 great grandchildren and a brother John H. Bloom, New Kensington. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 PM Wednesday in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526.
