Frederick H Rosskamp

Frederick H. Rosskamp, 88, of Harmar Twp., passed away Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Allegheny Valley Hospital. He was a resident of Harmar Village the past two years. He was born July 16, 1928 in Tarentum, son of the late Hubert and Nellie (Gresse) Rosskamp. Fred was a mechanical engineer for 30 years for PPG Glass Research, Harmarville. He was of the Catholic faith and a graduate of Tarentum High School (1946) and the University of Pittsburgh. Fred enjoyed gardening and acrylic painting but he especially enjoyed his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include his daughters, Linda (Albert) Cerminara, Penn Hills. and Judy (Richard) Novotny, Murrysville; grandchildren, Christopher (Stefanie) Cerminara, Washington Twp., Stacie (Jon) Milos, Penn Hills and Michael Novotny, Dormont and 5 great grandchildren, Savannah, Sydney, Dominic, Francesca and Lorenzo. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Doris L. (Schrecengost) Rosskamp in 2004 and Brothers, Hubert and Paul Rosskamp. Visitation 1-5 PM Monday and Tuesday 9AM till the time of the blessing service at 10AM in Duster Funeral Home,Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. Burial in Mt.
