Barbara J Glasgow

Barbara J. (Clay) Glasgow, 75 of Buffalo Township, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016at home peacefully in her sleep. She was born April 25, 1941 in Brackenridge, daughter of Edwinna (Couch) Clay, Waynesburg and the late Charles E. Clay. Barbara has lived in Buffalo Twp. since 1984 and prior to that Indianola. She was a retired nursing assistant at Butler Memorial Hospital. A member of Emory Chapel United Methodist Church, Buffalo Twp. and former President of the United Methodist Women''s organization. Barbara was a graduate of Tarentum High school and enjoyed reading and formerly doing crafts. Besides her mother, survivors include her husband of 38 years, Michael F. Glasgow; children, Scott Cressley, Tarentum and Leigh Ann (Barry) Wagner, Brackenridge; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Also surviving is sister, Charla (Eugene) Miller, Waynesburg. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 PM Wednesday in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 where services will be held on Thursday at 11AM with her Pastor, Rev. Mary Jo Gould, officiating. Private burial in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Twp.
