Chester W. Smalley, Jr., 73, of Tarentum, passed away at home, Thursday, October 6, 2016. Born April 10, 1946 in Toronto, OH, son of the late Chester W. and Virginia (Wood) Smalley, Sr. He has lived most of his life in Tarentum and was a Machinist for CNC, Saxonburg. Chester was of the Protestant faith and a graduate of Shaler High School. Survivors include his children, Chester W. (Mary) Smalley, III, Natrona Heights, Lori Miller, Tarentum, Virginia (Patrick) Pavlik, Natrona Heights and Scott Smalley (Kelli), South Buffalo Twp.; Also surviving are grandchildren Jimmy(Amber), Craig, Nicole, Brianne and Shannon Miller, Brittany Smalley, Paula, Melanie & Jacob Smalley, Jason Pavlik and Peyton and Jessica Smalley, Kiersten and Brendan and Jase and Kira Fortuna: 2 great granddaughters. Madelyn and Kali 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Also surviving a sister Josie (Howard) Miller of Glenshaw. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Judith V. (Kitzmark) Smalley Aug. 1, 2016 a son Jeffrey M. Smalley and a sister Norma Jean Francioni.
