Pauline (Venturella) Greco, 98, formerly of East Deer Twp., passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, following a brief illness. She was born July 11, 1918 in Oakmont, daughter of the late Pasquale and Frances (Panzica) Venturella. Pauline lived most of her life in East Deer Township where she was a homemaker. A member of Mt. St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, New Kensington and former member of St. Anthony''s Ladies Guild. She enjoyed cooking, traveling to Atlantic City, loved going to mass and prayer meetings and TV. She especially enjoyed her family, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, Survivors include a daughter with whom she lived while in Natrona Heights, Judith A. (Gary) Mason, daughter Patricia J. Lilly, Lower Burrell and son, John W. (Sally A.) Greco, Jr., Lower Burrell; grandchildren, Pamela (Fred) Golgan, Kristen (Craig) Chodkowski, Terry (Michelle) Lilly, Kevin (Denna) Mason, Jonathan Greco and Michael (Lynne) Greco; great grandchildren, Noah and Natalie Golgan, Colton and Kayden Chodkowski, Ty, Brody and MaKenna Lilly, Ewan and Odin Mason and Jack and Dominic Greco. Also surviving is a number of nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Greco, Sr. in 1988, son in law Terry S. Lilly 2014; siblings, Samuel E. , Joseph, Angelo, Dominic, Phillip Venturella, Molly Minutella, Mary Caruso, Rose Cernicky, Mamie Hayes and Frances Lucas. Private family visitation was held in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 followed by a Christian funeral mass in Mt. St. Peter R.C. Church, New Kensington.
