John R "Jack" Dufford

John R. "Jack" Dufford, 90 of Winfield Twp passed away Friday, Sept 23, 2016 at Fair Winds Manor Nursing home, Winfield Twp.Born Jan 19, 1926 in Freeport a son of the late John E. and Margaret C. (O''Donnell) Dufford, Jack was of the Methodist Faith.A graduate of Freeport High School,he was an engineer at Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corp in Brackenridge for 44 years. Jack was a member of the Freeport Masonic Lodge.Jack is survived by a sister, Carolyn M. Fennell of Buffalo Twp, a brother Edward L. Dufford of Allegheny Twp., and a good friend Dale E. (Kimberly) Hess of Fawn Twp. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Donald Dufford and a sister Dorothy Grzywinski. Private Graveside services were conducted, and burial was in Freeport Cemetery with Rev. Gregory L.
