Mildred A Gernat

Mildred A. Gernat, 89, formerly of Tarentum, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Platinum Ridge Nursing Home, Brackenridge. She was born August 26, 1927 in Tarentum, daughter of the late Peter and Mary R. (Murar) Gernat. Mildred has lived her entire life in Tarentum where she was a Book Binder for the former Johnson Business Forms, Tarentum for 43 years. She was a member of Holy Martyrs Church, Tarentum and enjoyed playing the piano, crossword puzzles and gardening. Survivors include her siblings, Edward J. Gernat, Fawn Twp. and Elizabeth P. "Betty" Bresuciak, Natrona Heights, Visitation 8am Friday until the time of Prayer service at 9:30 am in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. followed by a Christian Funeral Mass at 10 AM in Holy Martyrs Church, Tarentum with Rev.
