Barbara J. Krempasky, 76, of Natrona Heights, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights, following a brief illness. She was born October 22, 1946 in Harrison Township to the late Sophie Kruszewski and was raised by her aunt, Stella Kruszewski. Barbara was a Dietary Co-Ordinator for Adelphoi Village in Latrobe for 22 years. She was a former member of St. Ladislaus Roman Catholic Church, Natrona and Guardian Angels Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Campus, Natrona Heights. She lived most of her life in Natrona Heights and also lived in Latrobe for 22 years. Barbara was a 1964 graduate of Har Brack High School and enjoyed traveling, cooking and baking. She especially enjoyed her children, grandchildren and her family.
Survivors include her daughters Mashale Josefoski, of Natrona Heights and Leanne (David) Golding, of Vandergrift. Also surviving are her grandchildren A.J. Josefoski and fiancé Claire Tranotti, of Philadelphia, Shannon Josefoski, of Tarentum, Luke Lacaria and Ava Golding, both of Vandergrift. Besides her mother Sophie Kruszewski and her aunt who raised her, Stella Kruszewski, she was preceded in death by her husband William Krempasky.
Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday in Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. Christian funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday in Guardian Angels Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Campus, Natrona Heights. Burial will be in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Frazer Twp.
