Barbara A. Phillips

          Barbara A. Phillips, 78, of Harrison Township, passed away unexpectedly at home, Sunday January 7, 2024. She was born January 25, 1945 in Harrison Twp., to the late Howard F. and Eileen E. (Okopal) Boehm, Sr. Barbara lived most of her life in Natrona Heights where she was a owner/operator of a beauty salon for 50 years. She was of the Catholic faith and a 1963 graduate of Tarentum High School and beauty academy. She enjoyed making jewelry and spending time with her family and many friends.

            Survivors include her brother Howard Fred (Diane) Boehm, Jr., of El Cajon, CA; nieces Gina Marie Babbit, of Lakeside, CA and Julie (Clint) Nafey, of Omaha, NE.
