Betty Jane Kobik

            Betty Jane Kobik, 95, of Winfield Township, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Butler Memorial Hospital. She was born August 19, 1925 in Osage, West Virginia to the late John and Stella (Crawford) Miller. Betty lived the past 43 years in Winfield Twp. and prior to that West Deer Township. She was a homemaker and a member of Pentecostals of Oakmont. Betty enjoyed cooking and baking. She especially enjoyed holidays with her family, children and her grandchildren.

            Survivors include her children John Kobik, of Saxonburg, Dennis (Beverly) Kobik, of Sarver, Larry (Sherri) Kobik, of Cherry Valley and Jeanie (Richard) Layhew, of Natrona Heights. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 9 great and 2 great great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son Ronald Miller, daughter Karen Dufford, who passed away May 9, 2021 and a granddaughter Lauren Layhew.

            Visitation 6-8 PM Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am until the time of service at 11 AM  in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10^th Avenue, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. Burial will be in Mt.
