Betty K. Salmane

Betty K. Salmane, 99, of Tarentum passed away at home Tuesday, January 10, 2023. She was born July 24, 1923 in Beaver County to the late Homer P. and Janice (Watson) Kiser. Betty lived most of her life in New Kensington and Tarentum since the 1950’s. She was a homemaker and a member of United Presbyterian Church, New Kensington. Betty graduated from Ken Hi School and enjoyed baking and cooking.

            Survivors include her daughter Donna Kay Salmane, of Tarentum and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert A. Salmane in 1996, two infant children Patricia and Robert. And her siblings William, Alberta, Sara and Clare.
