Clifford W. Dean

Clifford W. Dean, 72,of Fawn Twp., passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, February 16, 2023. He was born October 9, 1950 in  Pittsburgh to the late James and Betty (Williams) Dean. Clifford has lived the past 40 years in Fawn Twp. and prior to that Brentwood. He was an Inspector for Westinghouse in Cheswick for 38 years, retiring in 2013. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of the Outdoor Life Lodge in Fawn Township. Clifford was a 1968 graduate of Baldwin High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR races, his John Deere tractor collection, Harley Davidson and was an outdoorsman. He especially enjoyed flowers.

            Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Irene R. (Dunn) Dean; his daughter Christine M. (Phil K.) Hooper, of Washington Twp.; grandchildren Elana, Sierra and Alex Simoni. Also surviving are his nephews James and Anthony Fisher. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Gary Dean and a sister Susan Fisher.
