Dallas J. Wolfe

Dallas J. Wolfe, 88, of Lehigh Acres, FL and formerly of Plum Boro, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024. He was born June 15, 1935 in Kittanning, PA to the late Joseph and Luella (Rickey) Wolfe. Dallas has lived the past 2 1/2 years in Florida and prior to that Plum Boro since 1960. He was a union brick layer and of the Lutheran faith. Dallas was a social member of the Lower Burrell VFW and a 1953 graduate of New Kensington High School. He enjoyed the outdoors, working with his hands and doing custom brick work.

          Survivors include his son Edward J. (Melanie) Wolfe, of Lakeland, FL and daughter with whom he made his home, Dianna L. (Jeffrey S.) Powell, of Lehigh Acres, FL.; step granddaughter Lindsey Healy (James) and granddaughter Britta Hazelbaker (Cory), both of Lakeland, FL and 3 great grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings Otis (Kathy) Wolfe, of Lower Burrell, Gloria Nicholas, of Salt Lake City, UT and Vivian Zalus, of St. Georges, UT. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Betty L. (Wilson) Wolfe in 1991 and son Dale Wolfe in 2016.

          Visitation Mon., May 20, 2024 from 6-8 PM in Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 347 E 10^th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 where services will be conducted Tuesday at 11 AM with Rev. C.
