David A. Dobrowolski, 77, of Natrona Heights, passed away at home with his loving wife by his side, Saturday, December 20, 2025, after being ill the past year. He was born April 18, 1948 in Harrison Township, to the late Richard M. and Helen (Drobka) Dobrowolski. David lived his entire life years in Natrona Heights and was a Draftsman for 27 years at Westinghouse in RIDC Park and also owned and operated with his wife Karen, the Parkview Bar & Grill in Brackenridge for 15 years. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of Brackenridge American Legion and the Jednota Club and Eagles, both of Tarentum. David graduated from Tarentum High School in 1966. He enjoyed boating, his family pool and traveling to Siesta Key Florida with his wife.
Survivors include his wife of 13 years, together 30 years, Karen L. (Dugan) Dobrowolski; his children Beth Dobrowolski, of Templeton and Ryan (Jackie) Dobrowolski, of Roosevelt, UT; 5 grandchildren Nicholas, Emma, Katie, Bella and Colton. Also surviving is his brother Dr. Rodney (Caroline) Dobrowolski, of Whitehall, step daughter Shannon (Ed) Dugan-Santelli, of Natrona Heights, who gave him 10 extra years if life with a liver donation. Also surviving step daughter Kristy Dugan, of New Kensington, many nieces and nephews and his two dogs, Tesla and Skye.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his son Kevin Dobrowolski and brother Dr. Richard Dobrowolski.
