David P. Weeter, 55, of Brackenridge, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born March 17, 1968 in Harrison Township, son of Sally E. (Boroto) Weeter, of Lower Burrell and the late Kenneth D. Weeter. David lived most of his life in Natrona Heights and Brackenridge. He was an assembler for Tru Lite, Cheswick for a number of years. David was of the Presbyterian faith and a member of Tarentum Eagles, Slovak Club, Brackenridge, Natrona and Brackenridge American Legion and the Kosciuszko Club in Natrona. He was a 1986 graduate of Highlands High School and was a great chocolate chip cookie maker and loved playing corn hole.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his daughters, Shelby N. Weeter and fiancé Douglas J. Erdley, of Penn Hills and Briona M. Jeffries-Weeter, of New Kensington and grandson Brooks of New Kensington. Also surviving are his siblings, Jeffrey A. (Denise) Weeter, of Apollo, Kevin D. (Joy) Weeter, of Lower Burrell; nephew Jared Weeter and niece Morgan Weeter. And his dogs, Bella and Nala and Jasmine who passed in July 2023. Besides his father he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Debra Lee Weeter and companion Bobbi -Jo Meso.
