Debra Horton

Debra A. (Pater) Horton, 67, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, February 13, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born August 7, 1955 to the late Walter E. and Hazel M. (Dietz) Pater in Natrona Heights, PA.

            Debra was happiest at her cabin in Potter County and loved the many friends and family members that visited. She was a kind; generous woman and she will be missed by all.
