Edna Marie Kindler

            Edna Marie (Ritter) Kindler, 84, of Lower Burrell, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Harmar Village, Harmarville. She was born September 18, 1938 in Verona to the late Gilbert and Mary (Humes) Ritter. Edna lived the past 40 years in Lower Burrell and was a School Bus Driver for First Student on Rt. 910. She was of the Presbyterian faith and enjoyed going to fairs, carnivals, watching parades, old movies, dining out and picnics. Edna especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

            Survivors include her husband of 38 years, James Kindler; her children Pamela S. Clendaniel, of Irwin, Theodore (Cynthia) Arndt, of New Kensington, Peggy L. Arndt, of Penn and Jerry Arndt, of New Kensington. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and step children Jimmy Jr., Josh, John and Kelly. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by 2 daughters Shelly Arndt and Mary Goodman.

            Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday in Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 347 E. 10^th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 where services will be on Monday at 11 AM with Pastor Matthew Goetz, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. VISIT: DusterFH.com
