Ernest A. Sekeras, Sr., 63 of Brackenridge passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017 at West Penn Hospice, Pittsburgh after being ill the past year. He was born May 11, 1954 in Natrona to the late Stephen and Helen (Lefchick) Sekeras, Sr. Ernest lived most of his life in Brackenridge and Natrona and was a Parts Manager for Key Automotive in New Kensington for 20 years. He was of the Catholic Faith and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at his camp in Venango Co. Survivors include his wife of 46 years Linda R. (Sanders) Sekeras; sons Ernest A. Sekeras, Jr., Natrona and Chad E. (Marissa) Sekeras, Tarentum; grandchildren Clifford Clark, Richard Sekeras, Elyse Sekeras, Sean Sekeras, Jayci Sekeras, Donna Sekeras and Emma Sekeras; great grandchildren Michael and Anna Clark. Also surviving are his siblings Dolores Bair, Loretta (Robert) Muir, Eugene (Diane) Sekeras and Stephen (Patricia) Sekeras, Jr. Also surviving are number of nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Patricia Sekeras and granddaughter Natasha Sekeras. All services will be private.
