Eugene L. Hazlett Sr.

Eugene L. Hazlett, Sr., 73, of Fawn Township, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021 at Platinum Ridge Center, Brackenridge. He was born October 30, 1947 in Harrison Township to the late Eugene F. and Garnet (Bargerstock) Hazlett. Eugene lived most of his life in Fawn and was head of maintenance at Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corporation in Brackenridge for 35 years. He was of the Catholic faith and a member of the Frazer Sportsman’s club. Eugene graduated from Har Brack High School in 1965 and enjoyed trap shooting and hunting.

          Survivors include his son Eugene L. (Julie) Hazlett, Jr., of Myrtle Beach, SC, granddaughter Abbygale Hazlett and a sister Florence A. MacSween, of Natrona Heights. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Linda Lu Hazlett in 2012 and a brother William W. Hazlett.
