Gail Edwards

            Gail Edwards, 75, of Arnold, went to be home with the Lord Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Platinum Ridge Center, Brackenridge. She was born July 27, 1947 in Pittsburgh to the late Albert and Mary Louise (Hayden) Wilson. Gail lived most of her life in Arnold and Tarentum. She was employed as a Glass cutter at the former Liberty Mirror and also worked at CVS in RIDC Park. Gail was of the Pentecostal faith and was a former member of Mission of Hope. She was a graduate of Arnold High School and enjoyed dancing and her church.

            Survivors include her husband, Charles Edwards; sister Loretta Boyette  and Patricia (William) Boone, both of Indianapolis, IN. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Anthony M. “Tony”, Allen and Gary Wilson.

            Visitation will be Saturday from 9 AM until the time of service at 10 AM in Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 347 E 10^th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 with Rev. Edward Carter, Jr. officiating. Burial will be private in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions to a charity of one’s choice. VISIT: dusterfh.com
