Gerald M. Robinson

Gerald M. Robinson, 91, of Frazer Twp., passed away, Monday June 4, 2018 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. He was born October 27, 1926 in Tarentum to the late John McIntyre and Effie (Mahaffey) Robinson. Gerald lived his entire life in the area. He worked in the Accounting Dept. for Allegheny Ludlum Steel, Pittsburgh for 40 ½ years.  Gerald was a veteran of the US Navy and the eldest member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Brackenridge. He was a 1944 graduate of Tarentum High School and member of Pollock Lodge in Tarentum. Gerald enjoyed his family and especially watching his grandchildren play basketball.

            Survivors include his wife of 67 years Bonnie (Huet) Robinson; children Robin L. Robinson, Scott (Michele Conroy) Robinson, both of Frazer Twp. and Kelly (Maria Novak) Robinson, Lower Burrell. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings Jack Robinson and Mary Lou Clover.

            At the request of the family there will be no public visitation. However, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
