Gwendoline E. Rose

Gwendoline E. Rose,96 of Tarentum passed away, Saturday, May 24,2025 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries, Cabot. She was born, August 29,1928 in England, a daughter of the late Frederick K. and Ethel (Smith) Caley.

Gwendoline has lived the past 50 yrs. In the AK area where she was a homemaker and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Brackenridge, and the Brackenridge American Legion. She enjoyed gardening, and bingo, but especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Gwendoline is survived by her 4 sons, Keith and Clive Matticks, and Brian and Stephen Stacey all of England. Also surviving are numerous Grand and Great Grandchildren in England, and 4 Grand, and 10 Great Grandchildren in Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her confidant of many years, Jacqueline Hornick of Tarentum.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Rose in 2013,a son Gary P. Stacey ,also numerous brothers, and 1 sister.
