Heather Jo Shreves

Heather Jo Shreves, 38, of Creighton, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, March 20, 2022. She was born December 20, 1983 in Harrison Township, daughter of Allen W. Smith, of Tarentum and Mary Ann (Matter) Smith, of Tarentum. Heather has lived the past 2 years in Creighton and prior Tarentum. She was a homemaker and also worked as an office manager for McWilliams Landscape Construction, Apollo. Heather was of the Methodist faith and a member of Outdoor Life Lodge, Fawn Township. She enjoyed her friends and her cat Kiki. Heather especially enjoyed spending time with her family and children.

            Besides her parents, she is survived by her daughters, Mykayla Rose and Alexia Mae Shreves, of Creighton; brother Daniel Smith, of Tarentum and Paternal grandmother Martha E. Smith, of New Haven, KY. Also surviving is her step mother, Donna J. Groncki, 2 step brothers Levi and Logan Pertinaci, of Tarentum and numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Carl and Mary Ann Matter.

            Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday in Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10^th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 where services will be held on Friday at 11 Am with Rev. R.
