Howard D. “Bud” Johnston, 58, of Arnold, passed away at home on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. He was born February 21, 1963 in Harrison Township to the late Howard and Gertrude (Juare) Johnston. Howard has lived in Arnold the past 22 years and was of the Catholic faith. He formerly worked in the maintenance department for Village Green apartments for 23 years. Howard was a member of Brackenridge American Legion Post 226 and the Natrona American Legion. He graduated in 1981 from Highlands High School and enjoyed hunting, fishing, was an avid Pittsburgh Sports fan and he especially enjoyed his dog Trigger.
Survivors include his son David Johnston and fiancé Miranda, of Buford, GA; sister Pamela (Michael J.) Goga, of Lower Burrell, nephews Brian D. DeFelices, Michael B. Goga and Chris Brown, niece Michelle Brown. Also surviving is his fiancé Karen Davis of 23 years with whom he lived and her daughters Kelly, Tammy and Debra. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by 2 sisters Geraldine Brown and Carol DeFelices.
