James F. Benini

James F. Benini, 76, of Leechburg, passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at St. Margaret Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born June 7, 1949 in Pittsburgh to the late Frank and Sophie (Mlakar) Benini. James lived his entire life in the AK Valley and was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed coloring, spending time outside and stringing beads. During his 22 years with Wesley he taught staff patience, grace and understanding. Lessons that have become gifts we will carry forward.

James is survived by his Wesley Family Services family, Deanna, Amy, Dianne, Gabby, Sam, OJ, Chris, Vanessa, Carly, Paul, Faith and Ben. He is also survived by his 3 roommates.
