James P. Hirtz, Jr.

James P. Hirtz, Jr., 69, of New Kensington, passed away Friday, March 2, 2018 at home. He was born April 13, 1948 in Harrison Township, to the late James P. and Alice (Swartzlander) Hirtz, Sr. James lived most of his life in New Kensington and was a Computer Operator for Westinghouse for a number of years. He was of the Protestant faith and a 1966 graduate of Tarentum High School. James enjoyed computers and his cats.             Survivors include his siblings Judy M. (Robert) McKrisky, Freeport, David Hirtz, New Kensington and Diane C. (John) Sharick, Bowling Springs, SC.             All services for James will be private.
