James E. Kindler, Sr., 77, of Lower Burrell, passed away at home on Sunday, October 29, 2023. He was born January 4, 1946 in New Kensington to the late James C. and Stella (Jones) Kindler. James lived the past 40 years in Lower Burrell. He was employed at the former Liberty Mirror, Flabeg, Brackenridge as a glass worker. James was of the Protestant faith and a member of the Tarentum Eagles and social member New Kensington American Legion. He enjoyed his pets and especially enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
Survivors include his sons, James E. (Josh) Kindler, Jr., of New Castle, John C. Hill, of Sligo and Joshua C. Kindler, of New Castle. Also surviving is his step mother Helen McCutcheon and sister Karen Hussey, both of Natrona. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Edna Marie (Ritter) Kindler, Aug. 1, 2023 and daughter Kim Kindler.
