Janet Lee Burton, 66, of Lower Burrell, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017 at Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville, after being ill for many years. She was born September 28, 1951 in Harrison Township, daughter of Jack Irvine, Tarentum and the late Helen Irvine. Janet lived the past 19 years in Lower Burrell and prior to that Natrona Heights. She was a homemaker and of the Presbyterian faith. Janet graduated from Highlands High School and attended VO tech school in Johnstown and the former Duff Business School. Janet was an artist and loved to draw; she loved her pets and enjoyed shopping. Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Clyde H. Burton; daughters Sara L. (Albert) Lang, Derry and Deborah L. (Paul) Akey, Greensburg; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings Kenneth John, Jackie (Ron) Sabatini, both of Tarentum, Cathy Irvine, Arnold, Deborah (Larry) Irvine Wampler, Natrona Heights and Barbara (Juan) Carrasco, FL.
