Jason W. Goheen 50 of Tarentum passed away Sat Feb 3,2018 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital after a courageous battle following 2 heart transplants.
He was born in Harrison Twp a son of the late Lloyd and Margaret W.(Fox) Goheen. Jason lived his entire life in Tarentum, was a craneman in Sharpsburg,and was of the Free Methhodist Faith.
Jason was a graduate of Highland High School in 1985 and enjoyed dirt bike riding and racing,camping,fishing,but especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his son Seth Goheen of Tarentum,his longtime companion Debbie Mriso,step children John and Jason Etzrodt,and 2 grandchildren Adelyn,and L.J. His siblings Lloyd (Connie) Goheen,Jr. Buffalo Twp. Kathie Bachman,Natrona, Connie Hamm ,Saxonburg,Ruth (Harry) Hamm,Fawn Twp.and Leslie Goheen of Brackenridge.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Sarah Goheen.
Visitation will be Tuesday,Feb 6th fron 4PM to 8 PM in the Duster Funeral Home,Inc. 347 East 10th Avenue,Tarentum,Pa.15084 (724) 224-1526.
A service will conducted Wed at 11AM in Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church with Youth Pastor,Rev. Carmen Shullo officiating.
Burial will be private. The family suggests contributions be made to Jason’s family,or the Funeral Home to aid in expenses.visit:dusterfh.com
