Jeanne L. Baird

Jeanne L. Baird, 73, of Buffalo Township, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, June 28, 2021. She was born October 30, 1947 in New Kensington to the late Earl and Eleanor (Condy) Chestnut. Jeanne has lived in Buffalo Township since 1980 and prior to that Los Angeles, California. She was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, Natrona Heights. Jeanne enjoyed crocheting, volunteering her time with others teaching the bible and especially enjoyed her family, children and grandchildren.

            Survivors include her husband of 34 years, William J. “Bill” Baird, Jr.; her sons Timothy E. (Della) Ament, of Natrona Heights, Robert E. (Heather) Ament, of Butler, Jeremy J. (Christine) Ament, of Lower Burrell and Jonathan D. (Jessica) Ament, of Washington, PA. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by  her first  husband, Timothy Mark Ament in 1984 and a sister Earlene Kelly.
