Jeannine L. Warren, 80, of Natrona Heights, passed away Monday, November 3, 2025 at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights. She was born January 7, 1945 in Indianola, PA to the late Patrick H. and Mildred (Gehron) Layhew. Jeannine lived most of her life in Natrona Heights and was one of the first women hires at Allegheny Ludlum Steel and became a Journeyman Roll Turner in the 8-2 Roll Shop for 30 years. She was a member of Guardian Angels Parish, Most Blessed Sacrament Campus, Natrona Heights. Jeannine volunteered for United Way and was a social member of Lower Burrell VFW. A 1962 graduate of Fox Chapel High School, she enjoyed camping, cooking, canning, sewing and baking bread. She especially loved her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Glenn A. Warren; her children Tracey L. Baker, of Natrona Heights, Jeffrey G. (Angie) Warren, of Lower Burrell and Timothy J. Warren, of Ft. Pierce, FL.; grandchildren Christopher Baker, Jacob (Katie) Warren, and Evan Warren. Also surviving is her brother Ronald (Lori) Layhew, of Boardman, OH. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Ella Lessick, Edward, Regis and Patrick Layhew, Jr. and Patricia Rupple.
Visitation 1-3 & 5-7 PM Friday in Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. Christian funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30 AM in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Natrona Heights. Burial will follow in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
