Jesse R. Clink, 90, of Fawn Township. Passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at home with his family by his side. He was born April 26, 1933 in Carmichaels, PA to the late John H. and Minnie (Rhodes) Clink, Sr. Jesse lived in Fawn Twp. since 1962. Jesse attended First Baptist Church, Tarentum. Prior to retirement in 1991 he was employed at Westinghouse for 32 years in the Electro-Mechanical Division, Cheswick. Jesse graduated from California High School, California, PA in 1952. He was drafted into the Army in 1953 and spent the next three years in England, where he met and married his loving wife of 68 years, Margaret M. (Drinkwater) Clink in the beautiful city of Cheltenham/Spar, England, also where the first of his three children were born. Jesse was a member of the New Kensington Eagles Aerie 533 and Brackenridge American Legion. He enjoyed dancing with his lovely wife, fishing and hunting in his early years. He lived his life for his family and his greatest joy was his 3 great granddaughters who always made him laugh.
Jesse is survived by his wife of 68 years, Margaret M. (Drinkwater) Clink; his children Mark Clink and partner Greg, Kimberly (Dean) Griffith and Chrisanne Clink. Also surviving are his grandchildren Jessica (Dave) Lowe, Kelly (Sam) Griffith, Dean (Maggie) Griffith and great granddaughters, Mackenzie and Allison Lowe and Laurel Griffith. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, John H. and Bill Clink, Betty Fike and Elizabeth Rolland.
A private family viewing and services were held in Duster Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 with Rev. Dr. Felicia Brock, Pastor First Baptist Church, Tarentum, officiating. Burial was in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. VISIT: DusterFH.com
