John H. Fox

John H. Fox, 69, of Sarver PA went to be with the Lord June 13, 2021 after many years of health issues.  God finally took him out of his pain.   He was born in Natrona Heights on May 12, 1952 to the late George H Fox and Charlene A. (Hicks) Fox.   

Survived by his wife of 48 years Debbie (Brzezinski) Fox; John was her best friend, love of her life, amazing husband, father,  grandfather and friend.    

He is also survived by his children:  Tracy L (Shawn) Cummings in Sarver PA. and their 2 children Julia & Colin, son  Michael J (Tracey) Fox of McCandless and their child Jackson, his sister Beatrice “Betsy” (Ken) Wallace, brother Terry L (Susan) Fox and sister-in-law Linda Brzezinski, brother-in-law Tom Brzezinski, Jr.  

Besides his parents he was preceded by death by grandsons Alexander John and Xavier Michael.

John was retired from ATI, was partner & owner of Sunrise music. He owned a band booking agency Referrals Plus with his wife.  He also played in the band, Sunrise and he coached baseball teams.   The greatest joy of his life was his family.  He loved spending time with his family, cracking jokes, sending cartoons, emailing everyone to keep them on track, reading the entire paper.  He loved watching sports.  He liked helping people no matter how bad he felt, always taking care of everyone.  He was very funny, loving caring, thoughtful and kind. 

He loved his life and treating everyone with love, honor, respect, compassion and that is who he was.  

Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10^th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526 and Friday from 9 am util the time of service at 11 AM with Rev. Dr. Felicia Brock, officiating and Rev. Robert B. Walker, con celebrating. Burial will be in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions in John’s memory be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society of Pittsburgh. VISIT: dusterfh.com
