John Norman Kasuba, 86, formerly of Tarentum, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born May 2, 1932 in Tarentum to the late Joseph and Mary (Naydek) Kasuba. John lived most of his life in the local area where he was a clerk for Fintex Brothers, New Kensington for a number of years. He was a member of the former St. Clement Church, Tarentum. John enjoyed oil painting and was an avid Steeler, Pirates and Penguins fan.
Survivors include his sister Theresa (Marino) Fasano, South Park, many nieces and nephews and his care giver Donna Schreckengost. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Sister Mary Brell F.S.C., Stella Steber, Catherine Flotta, Agnes Nemet, Cecilia “Peggy” Milie, Anna Martinec, Julia Buco, Andrew and Joseph Brell.
Visitation Tuesday 10 am till the time of blessing service at 11 AM with Rev. Wesley M. Mash officiating, in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 E 10th Ave, Tarentum, 724-224-1526. Burial in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Vandergrift.. VISIT: dusterfh.com
