June L. Jones

June L. (Koedel) Jones, 96, of Tarentum, passed away Monday, June 8, 2026 at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born June 5, 1930 in Tarentum, a daughter of the late George R. and Helen (Thompson) Koedel. June was a homemaker and enjoyed playing bingo.

Survivors include her sons, Allen D. (Debbie) Jones, of North Huntingdon and Michael Jones, of Tarentum. Also surviving is her granddaughter Terri Orona, 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Jones; brothers Melvin, Vernon, Eugene and Ronald Koedel and sister Virginia Simmers; grandchild Brent Jones and daughter in law Janet Jones.
