Kent A. Badger

Kent A. Badger, 86 of Buffalo Twp, passed away Tuesday ,Oct 26,2021 at his home surrounded by his family. Kent was born in Butler ,a son of the late Raymond A. and Mary Beulah (Weaver) Badger, and has lived in Buffalo Twp since 1966. Before his retirement ,Kent was the Director of Photography for the Pittsburgh Press for 27 years, and Honorably served in the United States Air Force. Kent was a member of Guardian Angels Parish ,Most Blessed Sacrament Church ,Natrona Heights ,and he graduated from Butler High School, in 1952 and Penn State University in 1957. He was a ham radio enthusiast N3KB , and he especially enjoyed spending time with his family, children, and grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 57 yrs, Barbara L. (McHenry) Badger ,his children, Amy (Craig) Witenski, Winfield Twp, Matthew ( Angela) Badger ,Mars, and Mary Rae ( Ryan) O’ Toole of Fox Chapel. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, and 2 great grand daughters. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM in the Duster Funeral Home, Inc. 347 East 10th Avenue,Tarentum,Pa.15084 (724) 224-1526. A Christian Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery,Butler.visit:dusterfh.com
