Kevin C. Ferney

Kevin C. Ferney, 62, of Vandergrift, passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 at home following a lengthy illness.  He was born November 9, 1955 to the late Walter W. and Anna M. (Martinec) Ferney.  Kevin lived the past seven years in Vandergrift.  He worked in maintenance at Unifirst Uniform Company in New Kensington for 30 years.  Kevin was of the Lutheran faith and a graduate of Highlands High School in 1973.  He enjoyed playing guitar and played drum in the Stoney Brook Band and especially loved music and animals.  Survivors include a daughter whom he raised, Richell A. Myers, of Kent Ohio, grandsons,  Demitri , Nathan Hurt, Siblings, Walter W. (Marguerite) Ferney, of New Kensington, Elva E. (Leroy) Jones, of Fawn Twp., Linda J. Ferney, of Natrona Heights.
